What is building compliance?

Compliance is a set of statutory regulations that all businesses need to undertake as part of the maintenance of their properties in order to comply with government legislation and the requirements of the HSE. You have a duty of care to ensure that your properties are safe for staff and members of the public visiting or using your properties.   

tac Property Consultants will look at your existing services to ensure compliance. We will advise if things are not as they should be and provide recommendations as required.
